Your cosigner and guarantee pages of the application may be faxed back to us, our fax number is (805) 541-5052. 3. Do you allow pets? We are pet friendly. There is a $500 pet deposit. 4. How many people can share the lease? We have a maximum of 2 people per bedroom. 5. With multi-occupancy, which is the responsible tenant? We rent by the apartment, not by the bed- all tenants are equally responsible for the entire apartment.
